Workshop: Innovate your leadership
I spent half of the day working in the creative workshop as a graphic scriber. I was in a meeting with leaders from Blekinge, including the project manager at Region Blekinge, the Regional Manager for Young Enterprises, the CEO of Blekinge Business Incubator, the head of business in Karlskrona, and individuals from local companies. The purpose of the meeting was to provide concrete examples of efforts to inspire leaders to actively promote gender equality as a driving force for business development and regional attractiveness. I listened to the discussions and created a visual story in real time on a large sheet of paper.
