Creative professionals and freelancers often find it challenging to maintain productivity, achieve a healthy work-life balance, manage irregular schedules, and prioritize their mental well-being. This concept project explores the potential of an AI-powered virtual wellness coach designed to support these individuals in managing their mental health, staying motivated, and improving workflow. The coach offers intelligent recommendations and proactive support tailored to their needs through empathetic conversations, stress tracking, personalized recommendations, and productivity-enhancing strategies.
As a UX researcher and designer, I led the entire design process, from early-stage research and information gathering to prototyping and user testing. My responsibilities included:
🟢 Conducting research on the target audience and their needs.
🟢 Defining functional requirements based on insights.
🟢 Ideation through brainstorming and content creation.
🟢 Designing user flows and wireframes.
🟢 Prototyping the user interface.
🟢 Testing the prototype with real users to validate design decisions.
The concept prototype has received positive feedback from potential users, indicating a strong demand for wellness solutions within the freelance and creative industries. User testing provided valuable insights that will guide future iterations, ensuring the design remains user-centered and effectively promotes well-being and productivity.
